Di sini saya ingin berkongsi gambar-gambar rumah yang diambil di Brookings. Rata-rata penempatan di sini terdiri daripada rumah, apartment, mobile home, dan rumah ladang (barn).

Kebiasaan rumah di sini mempunya garaj kereta dan bahagian bawah rumah (basement) dan rata-rata rumah tidak berpagar. Rumahnya agak klasik dan persis rumah kayu, tapi dinding rumahnya bukan daripada kayu, tapi sebenarnya dibuat daripada clapboards.

Rumah yang disebelah kiri, Fishback House: 

The Fishback House is a well maintained nineteenth century home in Brookings, Brookings County, South Dakota. Constructed in 1895, the Neo-Colonial style dwelling is 2-1/2 stories tall and was built with clapboard siding, a cut stone foundation and wooden shingles. The Fishback House was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1976 and an extended boundary to include the barn was listed in 1987. source: SD National Register of Historic Places
